Mergate Cottage is located 7 miles south of Norwich on the A140/B1113. Coming from Norwich on the A140, turn off to the right after the Marsh Harrier Pub. Pass through Mulbarton and through Bracon Ash with its Village Hall on the left. At a sharp right bend marked by luminous arrows, turn left. Immediately turn left again into Mergate Lane. Mergate Cottage is the 2nd pink painted house on the right hand side.
